Albert Einstein’s Advice On How To STOP Comparing Yourself

Let’s face it, we all get sucked into the comparison trap from time to time. When we do, it is easy to feel sorry for ourselves, less than, not enough, worthless, or even jealous. When you get sucked into this mindset, what do you do?

Do you allow this state of mind to influence your mood, behavior, or actions? Do you go into debt trying to keep up with the Jones’s? Be honest with yourself! Pretending this doesn’t happen to you isn’t realistic, as I am sure that even the monks have thoughts about who looks better in their robes. LOL – I’m just being fun here, but I do believe that real change requires real honesty.

Maybe you’re comparison thoughts aren’t causing much discomfort. Even a tiny thorn has the ability to make a big impact. Tune-In to yourself and see if there is any room for growth. I personally had to do this a few years ago when it came to one of my best friends.

Her house always looks like a model home, and though my house is pretty epic, every time I came home from a visit I would find myself shopping online for new furniture! LOL! This wasn’t a HUGE deal but it was a thorn that needed to be addressed. What about you? What unknown thorns do you have lurking in the background?

Personally, I think Albert Einstein said it best with one of my favorite quotes that I share in today’s video. (Sorry no spoilers here! LOL You will have to watch the video to find out!)  Check it out and be sure to leave a comment.

Oh, and on a side note, if you are REALLY ready to explore your thorns in more detail, then you have to check out my 2-Day Live event in Sacramento CA Feb 11th &12th. We are already ½ sold out and early bird pricing ends soon!
