I recently was at a 2-day event where I was asked… “What do you do?” Now, of course, I have been asked this ten-thousand times in my history, however, I found myself deep in thought about the answer. 🤔🤔

There are so many dimensions and so much depth to the change my students receive that boiling this down to 1-2 sentences seems almost impossible, but then it hit me!💥

I end self-sabotage. That’s it. Everything I do can be boiled down to this simple context.

I was talking to one of my students the other day who was campaigning about the lack of joy she was experiencing in her life.

She felt no matter what she did it the negativity just seemed to pile on. 😰It was one thing after another after another.

Have you ever felt that way ?

I know I have! The truth is, when life throws us hardship and we get tangled in the drama that comes with it. This leaves us feeling like a fly trapped in a spiders web 🕷fighting to get free before we are eaten alive! 😱

Well, just like a web the more we fight to get free the MORE WE GET STUCK!!

The struggle becomes our #1 JOY SUCKER!

Just think back for a moment to how much time has been wasted on the struggle. How much joy has been robbed from our lives?? 🚯All from the struggle.

When the truth, most of the time its worked itself out! Just think of how many times you have found solutions and survived?! 🏆(ALMOST ALWAYS!)

Sometimes when it comes to hardship, the best solution is to surrender. 🕊Surrender the stress, surrender the control, surrender the worry and step into having faith.

Faith in your abilities. Faith that it will work out. Faith that the universe has your back.

Today I challenge you to take a deep breath and let that shit go! Let go of the struggle and reclaim your joy.😍

How To Stop Expecting The Worst

Let’s face it , bad things happen. They happen to both good and bad people, careful people and careless people, optimistic and pessimistic people. It happens to everyone.

And as a result of these bad or painful experiences, we have all been hurt. Some more than others, however, no one escapes the clutches of suffering. 😔

3 Tips to Stop Letting Fear Hold You Back

For most of my life I swore I would never have children… and I meant it. I was so adamant about never having children that even when my husband (Nicholas) choose to marry me 👰I gave him the condition that he would do so without the expectations of me ever bearing children.👶

He did marry me of course and flash forward 4 years later and poof I’m intentionally pregnant!!

So what changed my mind

No, it wasn’t the biological clock 🕓like most people would have you believe, it actually was actually the overcoming of a lifelong fear that allowed this shift.

The truth was, I was afraid. 😱😱Actually petrified with fear sounds a little more accurate. I was so afraid, that because of all the pain I had endured in my childhood that this would repeat with my children and so I swore to NEVER put another human being through that immense amount of pain.

My fear of the past was holding me back. 👻 It was protecting me from relieving pain and passing that pain on.

This served me when I was young and just starting my personal transformation journey, but what was my excuse now that my life was together?? 🤔🤔

You see, Fear is designed to protect us, 🗡it’s not meant to control us. Yet, we allow it too over and over again!

Seriously, where is your fear holding you back? Where is it limiting you? And what excuses have you made to allow it to remain in power??

Asking yourself those 3 questions is one of the most powerful gifts you can offer yourself. I encourage you this week to examine your fears and begin to shift the tides 🌊of their control.

You can live better. You can be better. You can do better.

Stop Your Stinking Thinking

Stop dwelling in the negative


Do you find yourself focused too much on the negative?


What’s wrong, what’s missing, who’s not doing what,

where you are failing, what’s falling short.

No matter where you turn there is always something negative to focus on. These negative things ignite a flood of foul feelings and emotional turmoil 😫. Without being challenged, these feelings can catapult us onto the plains of misery.

Though negative thinking can be fleeting and often seen just as a small nuisance, if ignored over long periods of time can turn our joy upside down 💔by building paralyzing walls of negativity around us.

Sounds yucky right?!? 🤒Yet we all do it!

Honestly it’s just the way the brain functions. 🤔It points out pain (even the illusion of it) in hopes of avoiding it but adverse effects happen with long term prolong use.

Yep, the more negative you focus on… the more negative you feel. Simple but true. 👈

If you have developed a prolonged negative perception of reality then it’s time to make the change. This negativity is costing you your joy and happiness. 🕊Something I know you long for more of.

Attitude is Everything

Do you need an Attitude Adjustment? ?

I am sure you have heard the saying “Attitude is Everything!” ?and honestly, it is! Let me give you an example.

I am currently sitting in an airport with a huge smile on my face. I am TOTALLY exhausted as I have been on the road for the past week and have another week ahead of me, but I am choosing to be happy.

?I choose to focus on all the good things currently in my life, all the success I’ve had and the luxuries that I can afford, and as a result, I am happy. But this is a choice.

It would be easy to behave like the people currently sitting across from in the terminal ?who are (and I am not exaggerating) talking down about every person currently in the airport. They are talking down about what people are wearing, what they are carrying, how their hair is, what they are drinking/eating ect.

As I continue to sit here, I can’t help but wonder how this type of attitude negatively will impact their lives and overall happiness? ??

When our attitude is one of judgment and criticism, then that is what you will see and ultimately feel. ??But this attitude does give a false sense of temporary power and that’s why ALL of us are guilty from time to time of engaging in it. ??

But wouldn’t it be nice if we could give ourselves an attitude adjustment quickly to get back to our happy state?

It is TOTALLY easy!

Learn To Rebuild Trust With Yourself

I’m Pregnant!

No this isn’t a joke, I actually am 9-weeks pregnant ?and couldn’t be more excited (and even more excited to share with you!)

It’s been a hard secret to keep these past 4-weeks! I wanted so bad to tell you all why I have been so tired, inconsistent and far from being on top of my game! ?

What I can say is this is a powerful opportunity for me to trust myself and my needs.

I’m sure if comes as no surprise that I am a go-go-gadget kinda girl! I love to hustle, play, explore, try new things, exercise and meet new people but my body during this first trimester has other plans.?

?Rest. Lot’s of rest was what my body told me to do and so in trusting myself I did just that but it came at a cost.

My checklist wasn’t getting accomplished, my business almost completely stopped all together, emails piled up and with my team still not fully back my business felt like it was crumbling around me, but I kept trusting myself. ?

It was all in my head of course, my business wasn’t crumbling but with so much time off and not having any admin support, it definitely created a mess.

And guess what?!? It’s OKAY!!

Sometimes life needs to get a bit messy so we can truly appreciate the times when it is not. That’s where trust comes in. My willingness to trust this process has allowed me to see holes in my business that I didn’t know were there. The mess has allowed me to get honest with how my business operates and take very strategic action to CHANGE for the better!

All thanks to trusting my needs, relaxing and allowing the mess to teach me how to be better.

Learn to Love Yourself More

Over the years I have read a lot of books, went to a lot of lectures, studied different self-love teachers, masters, and mentors who all have a wide arrange of ideas about how to love yourself more.

Though all have unique and most relevant points, what I found to be a bit odd is the mystical unicorn self-love has become.

This magically everlasting place that someday you will find only to live happily ever after.

Self Love isn’t magic, it’s a choice.

And sometimes its a choice we have to come back to over and over again as life continues to ebb and flow with changes.

You might find you are filled with self-love and confidence when you were the CEO of your dream company, only to find yourself in a self-love low when it came crumbling down.

Or maybe your self-love was as strong as Iron man standing at the altar on your wedding day, but now after more than a decade of lies and betrayal you find yourself feeling weaker than a jellyfish.

This is understandable.

Self-love like most personal dev practices is well… a practice. One that requires constant tune ups, maintance and attention to stay running smoothly.

Now, don’t get me wrong!

There are some epic skills, tools and lessons you can learn that will drastically reduce the odds of you hitting a self-love mega low, but even the master have moments of lapse confedence.

Most won’t tell you… but it’s true.

3-Tips To Value Yourself More

Why I didn’t value myself enough.

I remember a time when this was so true for me. I mean seriously, how can you value something you just can’t see?

I was blinded by self-hatred.

I hated the way I looked, hated how I reacted, the jobs I worked, the life I was leading, the mistakes I was making. I hated being me.

I know, I know, it’s hard to truly imagine happy-go-lucky Bonnie Kelly in a downward spiral of self-hatred, but it’s true.

And based on the life I was leading the perceptions I was operating on, it was no wonder I couldn’t see my own value.

But that doesn’t mean I didn’t have any value, I just didn’t know how to value myself.

I was lost.

You may have guessed the ending to this story but it’s worth sharing anyway, I found my way out. So many things had to change for me to change and it all started as an inside job.

Yep. For me to live the life I have now where I truly know my worth, I know my value, I am confident, successful, happy and filled with joy I had to change from the inside out.

And so do you.

Your best life isn’t something that you can keep putting off. It isn’t something that is just going to happen someday… NO! It’s something you have to make happen and it’s something you can start to make happen today!

In this week’s episode, I share with you 3-Tips on how to value yourself more and these are just the tip of the iceberg.

Really what I want to teach you is much bigger than just knowing your value… it’s OWNING YOUR VALUE. To own it is to truly know it on a deep soul level.

To breath it. To feel it. To know it.
